A pale Pinot colour, a restrained (for now) and floral nose and a palate that is beautifully refined, delicate and structured with a perfect balance of juicy fruit—reminiscent of grenadine, crushed berries, nettle-like spice—just enough powdery tannins, and bright acidity. The finish is perfumed, fresh and salivating. Impossible not to go back quickly for another sip. An outstanding Australian Pinot by any measure and a must-taste.

Silky and ethereal with beautiful shape, flow and balance. There is great purity and elegance in the delicate, red and black berry fruits that are supported by florals and briar spice. The finish is long and memorable.

The palate follows a similar path of red berry fruit particularly raspberries with a river pebble tannin providing structure. Lively acid gives freshness, this should evolve to be a classic Yarra Pinot Noir.
