Bress Pinot Noir 2022

The wine offers a complex array of fruit aromas of plum, dark red fruits and forest floor. The oak aromas are of char and spice no nose.This Pinot Noir has fruit flavours of dark red fruits and forest floor. The oak characters are integrated into the wine and add a savoury richness.

2022 was a fascinating vintage with a wet Spring followed by a dry & mild Summer. Yields were a little lower than usual in the Yarra Valley, however the fruit quality was exceptional and flavoursome with an excellent balance of acid and sugar.
