Tax Information

All product prices displayed on finepinot.com.au are inclusive of applicable Australian taxes (GST/WET). We will not collect any additional or hidden taxes from you at checkout.

Delivery Zones

Our premium delivery services are currently available exclusively to locations within continental Australia. Please note that we do not ship to the Northern Territory (NT) at this time.

Processing & Shipping Times

Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 AM (GMT+10) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne).

After your order is confirmed, our warehouse requires 1 to 5 business days to carefully process, pack, and dispatch your wine. Once dispatched, please allow an additional 2 to 8 working days for the courier to deliver your order to your door.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your unique tracking number. Note: It may occasionally take 24-48 hours for the courier's tracking portal to reflect the initial transit updates.

You can track the live status of your delivery by navigating to the Order Status page located in our website footer. If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 5 consecutive working days, please contact us at customers@finepinot.com.au, and our support team will investigate the shipment for you.

Shipping Rates & Split Box Policy

To ensure the safest transport of your premium wine and to optimize logistics, our heavily reinforced shipping cartons are designed exclusively for 6 or 12 bottles. Please review our shipping tiers below:

💡 Pro Tip: Orders that result in "orphan bottles" out of a 6-pack or 12-pack sequence will incur the $10.00 Split Packaging Courier Surcharge at checkout to cover the separate secondary parcel. To easily avoid this surcharge and maximize your value, we highly recommend adjusting your cart quantity to complete the next 6-pack or 12-pack milestone before checking out!
