Dark plums and blueberries with aromatic spice and brambly savouriness. The palate is concentrated, layered and textural with fine tannins and a long and generous finish.

The palate is a real charmer, with pure and fleshy fruit calibrated to supple, velvety weight and a fine web of fluid tannins and acidity bringing sculpted shape and refreshment.

An aromatic and punchy perfume of red cherry, pomegranate and delicate fresh florals layered over subtle undergrowth captures the essence of Pinot Noir. Fresh red fruits and herbal tones lay on a bed of silky tannin that evolves into a fine, sustained finish.

An enticing bouquet that slowly opens to reveal ripe red fruits – cherry, plum and pops of raspberry – intertwined with hints of dried herb and a subtle smokiness. A velvety texture and elegant density in the mid-palate reveal layers of flavour.

Dark black macerated cherries, roasted meat juices, soy and star anise. Subtle sandalwood, rosemary and sage, blood orange and cloves. On the palate, bright, dark cherry fruit, with a hint of blood orange, thyme and rosemary, savoury, meaty, soy, roast mushroom and truffle. Long and firmly structured but elegant.

Pinot noir commands centre stage in Gippsland. This wine has a lot of depth & structure and a contrast of bright plum fruit character and earthy, savoury tones.

Soft entry to the palate, with dark fruit characters supported by ripe tannins. Oak is noticeable at this early stage but it adds plenty of complexity.

The mid palate shows some fruit sweetness and a fine grained tannin structure contributes to the length and depth to the finish.

The palate is bright and generously up front and aptly supports the aroma with juicy raspberry, chocolate and berry compote, driven by frisky acidity. The wine is particularly easy drinking with fine but abundant tannin. With generous length, the wine is delectably moreish and is ready to fully appreciate now or over the next ten years. Would compliment pate and charcuterie.

The palate is finely layered opening with fleshy pure fruit, a silky texture, fine tannins and an elegant palate. It has wonderful persistence of flavour and excellent potential for long term cellaring.

Fresh and vibrant yet concentrated, with a structured frame. The finish is spicy, decadent, and sustained, leaving lingering impressions of velvety depth.

The palate is taut and powerful with powdery fine tannins up front lending a sinewy elegance. A fine streak of acidity offers a lively backdrop to the abundant berry fruits, presenting a wine that is both powerful and dense yet beautifully light on its feet.

Rich red berry aromatics and underlying spice notes fuse with a delicately structured palate layered with hints of cacao, gorgeously pure fruit, subtle oak and silky tannins.

There’s delicious perfume with some sappy notes and pure red fruit to intensity kick things off, alongside touches of bramble, florals and a lick of blue fruit. The fine boned structure screams cool climate with powdery tannins and delicate oak supporting a palate that suggests ripe, intensely-flavoured grapes picked at the perfect time, with good acidity. The finish possesses real class and impressive purity. It’s tighter and more coiled than the Central Otago Pinot—if you can’t give it time to unwind, a good decant will work wonders.

It’s elegant and aromatic, deeply flavoured but never weighty; its silky and supple texture is underpinned by long, tender tannins and seductively fresh acidity. The beautifully calibrated finish is enchantingly slinky and impressively persistent.

A focused and mineral core has drive, vibrancy and poise. Fine and lacey tannins frame the complex cardamom spice and subtle fruits.
