A structured palate protrudes layers of spice mingling with a concentrated core of dark plum and rich morello cherry, providing texture and persistent length.

Richly layered dark fruits provide a dense core with earthy undertones, Christmas cake and sweet tea driving vibrancy and length. A beautifully structured wine showing both power and finesse. Will reward cellaring.

The palate ticks all of the high quality Martinborough Pinot boxes; plush and silky tannins with rich ripe berry flavours and text book earthy and savoury tannins.

The palate is sweetly fruited and supple, with plush polished tannins and a ripe, spice driven mouthfeel. An ethereal and elegant wine, coupled with a rounded body and splash of refreshing acidity that provides harmony and length, flowing perfectly through to its long, rewarding finish.

A generously fruited palate of dark cherries, blueberries and red liquorice is supported by cinnamon and white pepper spice. Structurally the wine offers dusty, fine malleable tannins.

A complex blend of no less than 5 clones and 4 vineyard sites in the north, south and east of Tasmania.Intense, yet elegant, coupled with wonderful length and purity.

The front palate shows the cherry and strawberry fruit characters. There is a silky texture and wonderful balance running through the mid palate, with the quality French oak adding subtle charry characters. The tannins are fine and balanced, combining with a tight acid structure to give a long, lingering and powerful finish. The light gaminess adds complexity, which will continue to develop with age.

Medium bodied with excellent fruit structure and balanced oak, fine grained, dusty tannins and great length.
