It's a fruit-forward, medium-bodied red wine, a deep garnet in colour, with a bouquet of dark berry fruit peppered with notes of mocha and finished with a subtle hint of toasty oak. There's just enough tannin to give the wine support, without an over-drying finish.

The 2020 Seville Estate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir has a vivid crimson colour, with lifted aromas of dark cherry, spice and lees complexity. Fine savoury tannins and a soft acid give an elegant finish.

Ruby red, bright and fresh; this pinot is fruit forward, with a little spice, and very easy to drink.

The front palate shows the cherry and strawberry fruit characters. There is a silky texture and wonderful balance running through the mid palate, with the quality French oak adding subtle charry characters. The tannins are fine and balanced, combining with a tight acid structure to give a long, lingering and powerful finish. The light gaminess adds complexity, which will continue to develop with age.

Aromas of bright cherry, violets and spicy plums. The palate is soft and approachable, there’s juicy plum and berry fruits with 5 spice and fine tannins.

Red maraschino cherries, forest berries, and jasmine notes with a hint of ripe tomato. Smooth integration of vanilla and subtle spice from the oak. Flavour, body, and finish built to drink on release or age.
