There’s vibrant strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose enhanced by an earthy intensity. Soft tannins, cleansing acidity and has the versatility of pairing fats and creams as it cuts through with a textured finish.

Perfume and elegance meets flavours of liqueur cherries, spice and lustrous tannins. There is a tight, restrained yet lively palate of intense fruit that pans out across the back palate.

It's a fruit-forward, medium-bodied red wine, a deep garnet in colour, with a bouquet of dark berry fruit peppered with notes of mocha and finished with a subtle hint of toasty oak. There's just enough tannin to give the wine support, without an over-drying finish.

The most delicate Pinot and showcases the site perfectly. Close planted and always has a very long ripening period, which gives such delicate and fine tannin, and great fruit complexity. Oak use is very much the spicy/savoury end and medium toast, and very tight grain

The 2020 Seville Estate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir has a vivid crimson colour, with lifted aromas of dark cherry, spice and lees complexity. Fine savoury tannins and a soft acid give an elegant finish.

The palate is densely packed, with purity and finely drawn, fleshy structure interlaced with high-grown freshness and a savoury tinged, lengthy close. Proper.
