The lithe palate shows impressive intensity, black cherries joined spiced red cherries and subtle cooking spices. With excellent tannins and a long finish, this wine would suit a wide range of foods, such as wallaby fillets with mushroom XO sauce or washed rind cheeses.
Mike Press Pinot Noir is an elegant wine with soft dark fruit and a fresh violet lift. This wine has a spicy complexity on the finish, a great example of an expectational Pinot Noir.
Mansons Farm Pinot Noir is hand crafted in very limited quantities. 2016 is medium ruby red in colour with bouquet of black cherry, savoury brown spice and notes of baronial flower. On the palate, a dense, dark berry entry and hints of spice are supported by an elegant tannin structure.
