Yarra Valley, VIC, Australia
""
Violets, ripe black cherry fruits, a little rose petal lift with a faint hint of smoky char. A fleshy and flavoursome cherry fruit profile with a pinch aniseed spice that tames the fruit and lends complexity. The silky elegance combined with a fine tannin structure, enhanced by some inclusion of bunches to produce a medium-bodied yet powerful style of Pinot Noir.
