The fruit is sourced from Three Paddock’s estate vineyards in the Alexandra, Gibbston, and Bannockburn. Picnic Pinot Noir is made in a diminutive style aimed to reflect the characters that Central Otago Pinot does so very well – black and red cherry fruit, spice and a generosity that keeps you reaching for the next sip.
Two Paddocks is the passion project of actor Sam Neill, his family and friends.They are a very very small company,but making world class wine year on year.They planted their first vineyard at Gibbson Valley, Central Otago in 1993. First vintage is in 1997. Making world's best Pinot Noir is their ambiton.
