King Valley, VIC, Australia
Redbank's King Valley Pinot Noir is drawn from the best parcels of high-altitude fruit grown on the elevated volcanic red soils of Victoria's King Valley. The 2023 is soft red in colour, showing aromas of fresh strawberries, red fruits and dark cherries lifted by gentle spice.
Sourced from three high-altitude vineyards using predominantly the MV6 clone, the wine spent a minimum of 28 days on skins post-fermentation, with small parcels fermented on stalks for complexity. It sees no oak at all — leaving a fresh, vibrant and fruit-driven style with a lively palate.
