"Tumbarumba fruit with amphora and old puncheons at play to showcase the purity of the juice. No new oak artifice...Clear, crisp, bright of filigree texture and floral detailed perfume. Cranberry juice, dried rose petals and mushrooms, very fine chalky tannins, succulent acidity. Delicate character of Pinot Noir expressed effortlessly and so very easy to drink. A touch of hibiscus and green tea leaves with white pepper to finish. True beauty and finesse. Elegant delight."
