The fruit for this wine was hand-picked from our estate plantings. After fermentation by indigenous yeasts, the wine was matured in new and one year old French oak hogsheads. The cool 2022 season produced a lovely, elegant wine with vibrant colours and heightened varietal flavours, accompanied by excellent natural acidity. This wine will develop in the bottle over a further seven years or more.
