Rather than hyper-focusing on a single micro-plot, the 'Estate' blend marries parcels from the Meres, Haven, Ferrous, and Nord blocks. This approach captures the quintessential Mornington Peninsula expression—delivering a wine that is tightly layered, energy-driven, and intrinsically complex.

The 2024 vintage provided outstanding growing conditions, allowing for pristine fruit development across all blocks. Spontaneous fermentation utilizing ambient yeasts occurred in a dynamic mix of large-format oak vats, concrete tanks, and open-top stainless steel fermenters. A considered portion of whole bunches was included over a 16–18 day maceration to build structure and spice. The final blend was matured for 12 months in French oak barriques (14% new) and puncheons.
