"A mix of clone MV6 from the B and C blocks and clone 667 from the F block at the Lusatia Park vineyard, planted at Woori Yallock in 1985. A very bright ruby crimson. A touch closed; this needs a few good swirls to reveal itself. Savoury with dark plums, black cherry and a little potpourri. On the palate, concentrated yet well balanced with crunchy tannins and bright acidity. While it can be enjoyed now, this should age beautifully over the next five to seven years.
