The palate is bright and generously up front and aptly supports the aroma with juicy raspberry, chocolate and berry compote, driven by frisky acidity. The wine is particularly easy drinking with fine but abundant tannin. With generous length, the wine is delectably moreish and is ready to fully appreciate now or over the next ten years. Would compliment pate and charcuterie.

Bright, pale ruby in the glass. Lean, angular body balanced with juicy acidity and firm tannin. Exhibits aromatic, notes of blackcurrant leaf with crunchy redcurrants, cranberry, and red cherry with hints of vanilla and toast on the lengthy finish.

The palate is warm and encompassing with a generous sweet fruited core of summer berries and plush tannins that are beautifully interwoven. Persistent sweet fruits continue along the palate to produce a wine of varietal style highlighting regional diversity.

Lifted aroma of dewy rose petal, sour cherry, pomegranate, raspberry and ripe red berry fruits, exotic spices with a subtle gamey truffle finish. Pure, focused and precise with great length, texture and persistence.

Ruby red, bright and fresh; this pinot is fruit forward, with a little spice, and very easy to drink.

The palate has a luscious core of dark cherry fruit, firm tannins, and a long savoury finish.

A perfumed nose with vibrant red and dark cherry notes, leads onto bold red fruit on the palate, underscored by fine tannins and a velvety texture.

The front palate shows the cherry and strawberry fruit characters. There is a silky texture and wonderful balance running through the mid palate, with the quality French oak adding subtle charry characters. The tannins are fine and balanced, combining with a tight acid structure to give a long, lingering and powerful finish. The light gaminess adds complexity, which will continue to develop with age.

The palate follows a similar path of red berry fruit particularly raspberries with a river pebble tannin providing structure. Lively acid gives freshness, this should evolve to be a classic Yarra Pinot Noir.

Dense and lush, the palate has a soft pinot generosity to it that’s balanced against subtle spice notes, fine tannin, ripe acid, and a signature length and digestibility.

The palate is medium bodied with juicy red cherries, soft acid and fine chalky tannins.

Red maraschino cherries, forest berries, and jasmine notes with a hint of ripe tomato. Smooth integration of vanilla and subtle spice from the oak. Flavour, body, and finish built to drink on release or age.

Dark cherry, satsuma plums and red berry aromas savory woodland earthiness with crunchy red berries and fine, firm tannins.

Defined and intense fruits, texture and weight throughout, tannins are very present yet fine and integrated, which carry the flavour right to the back of the palate.

The lithe palate shows impressive intensity, black cherries joined spiced red cherries and subtle cooking spices. With excellent tannins and a long finish, this wine would suit a wide range of foods, such as wallaby fillets with mushroom XO sauce or washed rind cheeses.
